Refund & Returns

Ready pieces may be returned within 15 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition with certificate and packaging intact — collected by our insured courier at no cost to you.

Made-to-order, engraved, and bespoke commissions are crafted for you alone and are not returnable, except for a manufacturing defect — where the lifetime-care promise applies.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of the piece passing inspection at the atelier. Buy-back and lifetime-upgrade requests are handled by the concierge.
